Unfortunatly, Safran has just announced the end of those readers.for Fébruary 2017, last pieces will be delivered until August 2017
They have been replace by the much more performant Sigma Series.
I suggest you have a look at those latest biometric reader on our website.

However, regarding maintenance and assistance:
– Repair services (on a return basis) and spares or replacement parts for hardware will be available for a period of 2 years from the last delivery date. Safran will provide spares and replacement parts in accordance with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
– Firmware releases will be available only for bugs having a significant impact on product functionalities and for a period of 1 year from the last delivery date.
– Access to Morpho’s Hotline through your distributot will be available for a period of 2 years from the last delivery date for hardware and Firmware.

So you still have time if you need to replace or maintain one of you readers.
